BUILDING TOMORROW'S LEADERS

Tomorrow’s Leaders is a youth development organization that uses a trauma-informed holistic approach to serve as an alternative to the juvenile justice system for adolescent youth coming out of underserved communities. The organization employs this approach in its youth development programs to empower adolescents to successfully transition into adult life.

Helen Wade-Lawrence is the Founder and Director of Tomorrow’s Leaders (TL) and the Founder of Young Ladies of Tomorrow Inc. (YLOT)​.

Ms. Wade has partnered with the DC Superior Court Services Division (CSSD) since 1993. Her proven commitment and leadership continues to drives impact in juvenile diversion programs today.
